I understand the party room key must be returned within 48 hours of the event date and if not returned, a $200.00 charge will be charged to the Owner of the Unit.
I acknowledge this form will be sent to the Owner if a Tenant is holding the event as the Owner will be responsible for the charge for unreturned keys.
